Members Present: Elizabeth Snyder, Steve Genett, David Griffith, Dan Trevisani, Sharon Hieber, Anna
Giacobbe, Teresa Jones, Terri Palmiero. Excused: John Snyder, Margaret Splain, Patrick Quinn. Excused: Patrick Quinn, John Stephenson, Jennifer Herzog, Terri Palmiero. On Leave: Joe Ruggiero. Absent: Alex Carbone, Bruce Davis, John Stephenson, Jennifer Herzog.

Meeting was called to order by Betsy Snyder at 5:35 pm. New Board Members: Brian Healey, Sr. VP
of Gaffney Communications was unanimously voted onto the Board of Directors.

Minutes: Dan made a motion, seconded by Teresa to accept the minutes. Motion carried.

Executive Directors Report: CM Heroes:
* Margaret Splain for Chairing a successful Easter Egg Hunt, sponsored by the Oneida Indian Nation * Jennifer Herzog for Chairing our Science & Technology Fair & handing out prizes to fair entries * Congressman Sherry Boehlert for attending Science & Technology Fair & bringing in an Astronaut * NASA Glenn and Boeing Rocketdyne for bringing in interactive exhibits for our Science & Tech Fair * The following people who donated their time and talents to present programs during Spring Break Week: Rich Lupia, WKTV meteorologist; Dan Olmstead, OIN Re-enactors; Deanne Balutis, Stevens Swan Board Chair; Mike Zarnock, author of Hot Wheels; Jeannette Swiderski, Kindermusik; Dan Trevisani, UFD fire truck & Sparky the Dog safety program; Dan Middaugh, Sheriff's Dept. Bicycle Safety; USPS, Stamp Collecting; Ed Waskiewicz, Water Sports; Museum educators Sally Buyea & Dan Kazmierski. * Steve Genett for holding a Telethon for our Car Raffle; Bruce Davis, Betsey Snyder, Teresa Jones, Jennifer Herzog, John Snyder, Patrick Quinn for manning the telethon phones with Steve & Marlene * Bruce Davis, Betsey Snyder, Sharon Hieber, John Snyder, Teresa Jones, Jennifer Herzog for manning the table in Sangertown to sell Car Raffle tickets * Mary Jo Beach, GM/VP of Regent Broadcasting, her Chief Engineer, and Steve Genett for taking part in the opening of our live radio station in the museum - WCML * Teresa Jones for the work shes doing Chairing our Spring Hawaaian Luau * Steve Genett for creating a promo piece for Hawaiian Luau at no cost to us & running it on his 3 stations * John Snyder for the work hes doing Chairing our Golf Tournament * The Utica OD who daily runs our schedule under Kids Best & in their weekly Weekend Plus edition * Rome Sentinel, Herkimer Telegram, MV Business Journal who continue to give us event coverage * WUTR, Fox33, UPN, Adelphia, & Regent Broadcasting who continue to give us event coverage. WKTV for continuing to cover our events & have us on their Talk Show spots to promote CM events * Earl Lewis for his help on exhibits & renovations; our Staff for important roles they continue
