The
1.
Announcement. The Three Castles Welsh Classic Trial will be
held on 1st - 4th June 2005. It will be promoted by The Three CastlesMotor Club Ltd., under permits to be issued by the Royal AutomobileClub Motor Sports Association Limited (the MSA) as a Historic RoadRally open to members of the promoting club. The event will be runin accordance with the International Sporting Code of the FIA, theGeneral Competition Regulations of the MSA and theseSupplementary Regulations with additions and amendments.

Provisional Programme. This is shown on the Event
Brochure, and is subject to alteration.

4.
Eligible Competitors. The event is open to invited crews of two.
It is permitted for either member of the crew to drive the vehicle duringthe event as long as they are licensed and insured to drive the car entered.Additional crew members may be carried in an appropriate vehicle, at theorganisers' sole discretion. The minimum age for a navigator is 12 yearsunless the car is an open convertible or roadster, when the minimum ageis 16. Any crew member under 18 years old must be authorized by theparent or legal guardian. All crew members must be members of TheThree Castles Motor Club (the sum of £5 per crew member istransferred from the entry fee to pay for this).
Disabled personsThe MSA allows for one physically disabled person per crew but MSAapproval must be obtained. Please ensure that your entry form includesany information regarding disabilities. Please contact the office if yourequire further information.
5.
Eligible Cars. Cars must be of a make and exact model made
before 31st December 1979, the vehicle itself first registered before31st December 1984, and must appear in period. A current MOT CERTIFICATE and the VEHICLE REGISTRATIONDOCUMENT or equivalent must be presented, and will be accepted as proof of period authenticity.All cars must comply with therelevant MSA Vehicle Regulations (as published in the Blue Book) inparticular articles E12 and K22. Copies are available from the Office.By MSA ruling cars in Category E (see article 6 below) will not beeligible for overall classification but will be eligible for all other awards.
NoiseThere will be a noise test at Scrutineering and at least one other pointen route. At these tests the noise meter will be positioned 0.5 metresfrom the end of
