Any corrections should be phoned in to our office, as well as being noted on this letter. If this letter is not returned we cannot guarantee your reservation, and our refund schedule will apply. The cost specifics above are based on the information supplied by you when placing your order, and is subject to change based on actual services performed. Buses are subject to availability, and are booked on first come, first serve basis. Overtime will be charged by the rate of $_____ per hour.
