Towing & Labor (TP-421)

Passenger Carrier Endorsement (T-232)

Applies when Insured hires additional vehicles and they operate
under the Insureds authority.

Additional Insured (TP-007)

Specifically lists a person or organization with an insurable
interest in the action of the Insured.

Lessor-Additional Insured & Loss Payee (T-470)

Extends coverage to the owner of a vehicle which has been leased/rented vehicle to the Insured.

Lessee Endorsement (T-233)

Specifically lists a person or organization that uses an Insureds vehicle in their business without providing their own insurance
(very rarely used).

MCS 90B

Required when FMCSA liability filings are required

Seating capacity of 16 or more - $5,000,000

Seating capacity of 15 or less - $1,500,000

Carrier to provide liability coverage on all vehicles, whether or not the Insureds vehicles are specifically described in the policy until appropriate notice of cancellation of the endorsement is given

35-day Notice of Cancellation required
