Saddlebrook has arranged dedicated, non-stop transportation
to and from Tampa International Airport by Premier Limousine, an independent
contractor. Reservations are required. Passengers are strongly
urged to carry a cell phone and provide your number to Premier Limousine
when making a reservation. Van service is available from 6:00 AM 11:00 PM by reservation only,
24 hours advance notice. Upon arrival at baggage claim, call Premier at
(813) 907-4455 to confirm your arrival and location, to assure you are
picked up promptly. Once you have claimed
your luggage, proceed outside to the curb. A Saddlebrook van or
car will pick you up.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to security regulations at Tampa International Airport,
vans and cars are not permitted to stop unless they are picking up or
dropping off passengers. Curb-side waiting is prohibited.
Vans park in the airports cell phone waiting area until they are called.
If you do not see the van when you arrive curbside and you have already
phoned Premier, please be patient as the driver may be circling the
airport and coming back around. If you have any problems or questions
when you arrive or while you are waiting to be picked-up, please do
not hesitate to call Premier Limousine at the number listed below.
ACS will not reimburse
for taxis, car rentals or parking. If you plan to use another
mode of transportation other than the shuttle, please advise us.
